The Neom Look Policy

The Neom Look proudly serves clients across Australia, delivering luxury beauty services and products tailored to your needs. All bookings, inquiries, and purchases are subject to these policies.
2. Booking Policy
• Consultations and Services:
Appointments must be booked through our website or direct message. The address for in-person services will be provided upon confirmation of your booking.
• Booking Confirmation:
All appointments are confirmed via email or SMS. Ensure your contact details are accurate to receive updates.
• Rescheduling or Cancellation:
Changes to bookings can be made up to 8 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 8 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service.
3. Refund, Replacement, and Return Policy
• Services:
• Due to the nature of our custom beauty services, refunds are not provided for completed services. If you are dissatisfied, please notify us immediately to discuss solutions.
• Tooth Gem Guarantee: If a tooth gem falls out within 30 days of application, we will replace it free of charge.
• Products (Neom Nails):
• Refunds or exchanges are only available for faulty or damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
4. Shipping Policy
• We use Australia Post for all deliveries.
• Delivery estimates:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days.
• International shipping is available, with rates and delivery times calculated at checkout.
• The Neom Look is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs clearance for international orders.
5. Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information during booking or purchasing, including contact details and preferences. Clients are expected to follow aftercare instructions provided for tooth gems or Neom Nails to ensure optimal results and longevity.
6. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected during bookings or purchases will only be used for order processing, communication, and service updates. We do not share or sell client information to third parties.
7. Liability
The Neom Look ensures all products and services meet the highest standards. However, we are not liable for any adverse reactions due to allergies or misuse of products. Please inform us of any sensitivities before your appointment.
